The front part of the loader has a loop made of webbing, which allows you to quickly and easily open the flap and use a tourniquet. The pouch is also equipped with a latch that allows you to adjust the degree of opening of the tourniquet. When the loader is closed, the latch does not allow full opening and the contents can only be pulled out with the top.
The front part of the hold is also equipped with a Velcro panel with a distinctive "cross" symbol, which allows quick identification of the hold for pre-medical first aid.
