Description
Design features of the M-Tac high sock include special thermal and cushioning zones in the forefoot and heel with transition to the instep of the foot, protecting the ankle from sprains and mechanical stress. To improve performance during heavy walking, a transverse foot arch clip has been added to prevent the sock from rippling at the bottom. A wide welt evenly distributes the load to keep the sock on the shin.
The entire foot area is padded with an inner terry weave that evenly distributes the load across the foot. The trekking socks with textured thermal zones absorb most of the moisture and through existing capillary ventilation channels, remove moisture through the boot upper. In addition, they combine well with membrane boots because the process of wicking moisture to the outside is even faster.
