Description
A tourniquet is an essential element of the equipment of every shooter and uniformed services employees. A convenient way of carrying it, enabling easy and reliable access, is an extremely important element in increasing the safety of operations. The Tourniquet Pouch by Helikon is a well-thought-out piece of equipment. It is made of Cordura. It has a drainage hole and is closed with a simple but effective flap with Velcro.
Tourniquet Pouch offers several different mounting options. Foremost, it can be mounted on a 45 mm wide belt. Additionally, mounting in the MOLLE/PALS system allows it to be attached to a tactical vest or other equipment in both horizontal and vertical orientation. On the side of the pocket there are elastic loops for a felt-tip pen to record the time of applying the tourniquet. The pouch will accommodate most bands available on the market, especially the standard ones like CAT pattern.
