Description
EDC® is Helikon's entry-level everyday backpack, sewn from Cordura®. With a capacity of 21 liters, a well-thought-out two-chamber design, low-profile construction and light weight, it will be appreciated for both everyday urban use and shorter day trips.
The backpack has two similar sized compartments, which are accessed by double-sided zippers from the leading Japanese manufacturer YKK. These chambers, in order to reduce weight, do not have additional compartments, organizers or other elements that can increase its weight. Only in the main compartment you will find trolleys for suspending the water bag.
Helikon, however, reaches out to those who care about organizing the usable space in the backpack. Lining the inner wall of the front compartment with soft velour fabric allows personalization with Versatile Insert System® pockets and the like, which will form a stable modular organizer through the use of Velcro.
In the lower part of the sides and front of the EDC® backpack there are mounting tapes of the MOLLE/PALS standard, allowing the installation of additional pockets. In addition, on the front you will find a Velcro panel for personalization and an elastic cord replacing the trousers, which allows you to attach a light jacket, fleece jacket, etc.
