Description
The Condor Stowaway Chest Rig Vest is one of the most versatile platforms for carrying ordnance in the manufacturer's lineup. It can be used as a standalone vest or be mounted on a Plate Carrier from the Vanquish Armor System (VAS) line, or similar ones that use Velcro panels.
The front administrative pocket provides plenty of storage space for tools and accessories, and has an internal zippered pocket for storing documents or a wallet.
One interior surface is a Velcro panel that allows for any mounting straps and Velcro pouches for accessories and reserve magazines. When opened, the administrative pocket unfolds as a shelf, with the opening angle limited by an adjustable elastic cord, which protects carried accessories from falling out and getting lost, while creating a convenient space with easy access.
On the front, there are laser-cut mounting holes for the MOLLE / PALS system, as well as Velcro straps that can be used for personalization or mounting additional equipment. On the inside, the vest has a Velcro-lined compartment for Insert type loaders. Further MOLLE openings are located on the shoulder straps of the harness.
The H-type harness used is clipped to the vest with durable QD buckles. They can be mounted in the classic way or through MOLLE holes. Size adjustment is provided by Velcro loops, securing excess webbing.
In addition to its large configuration possibilities and high ergonomics, the Stowaway Chest Rig vest is very convenient to store. The clam-shell design allows the deflated vest to fold into itself, in the form of a compact cube, so it can easily fit in a drawer, bag or backpack.
