Bayonet - SUPPRESSOR Tactical Belt with MOLLE Overlay - AustriAlpin COBRA ProStyle 18kN - 44 mm - Black

The set was created in cooperation with Templar's Gear company, which prepared an overlay, the so-called molle system muff. It has been designed as a civil and combat belt for people who do not need to wear many accessories on the belt on a daily basis, and when they go to the shooting range, they need a tidy combat belt.

The theoretical strength of a belt fastened in a loop is 36kN (simplifying about 3600kg). A single molle section can support a weight of up to approx. 3kg, for higher weights we recommend using a belt strap, which can also be pulled outwards, between the molle sections, e.g. for convenient attachment of the holster.

The belt size is universal, has a total length of about 128cm, is fully adjustable from 60 to 120cm.

Selecting the size of the molle cap should take into account the space needed for the buckle and the circuit adjustment:

with a perimeter of 82-90cm, we recommend choosing the S-76cm overlay.
if you have a circumference of 91-98cm, we recommend that you choose an M-84cm overlay
having a perimeter of 98cm-120cm, we recommend choosing an L-92cm overlay.

Belt construction and adjustment:

The belt is made of polyamide belt with a diameter-rigid plus, which has quite comfortable horizontal stiffness and increased vertical stiffness, so that you can carry any kind of small arms and magazines on the belt without worrying about the belt bending. The ANSI Cobra 15kN buckle has a size and shape optimal for use with the belt. Correct position of the buckle is written forwards. The strap is threaded so that the end of the belt is in the front. It is most convenient to shorten and lengthen the strap when the buckle is unfastened. Excess tape is contained in the molle cover.

Construction of the "muff" molle:

The cap is made of double, laminated and glued Cordura 500 laser-cut. It is lined on the underside with soft Velcro-like material, which increases comfort and helps to drain sweat. The set has quite an advanced and matching design, requires patience when putting the belt into the overlay, the easiest way to do it is when the overlay lies flat on the floor or table. After using the belt several times, it will be a bit easier.
